As an Operations Specialist, you report to the Operations Supervisor directly, with oversight & support from the Operations Manager. This is a general production role in our distribution-center, supporting product preparation, inventory, and order- fulfillment. Objectives and performance, based on all the aspects of the role, to be reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis, with bi-annual performance-reviews.

Inbound And Outbound Production:

-Staging incoming deliveries, including unpacking, inspecting, and preparing items for receipt; o -Processing purchase-orders by receiving equipment into ERP, verifying the accuracy of vendor
delivery;
-Carefully placing & organizing received equipment onto trolleys & pallets, for transport into
inventory or testing;
-Prepare items for inventory and/or orders by cleaning, painting, and unit-packing, with focus on the quality & presentation of the items;
-Help to move items into inventory by rebinning and consolidating product on shelves in an organized manner;
-Pick items from stock or incoming deliveries, consolidate and verify correct as listed on printed sales-orders;
-Prepare items for customer delivery by carefully & professionally packaging the equipment for safe transport;
-Participate in any other relevant aspects of Sales-Order coordination & preparations in Operations.

General Support:

-Coordinate with Operations team and Supervisor to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times;
-Achieve & maintain productivity and accuracy up to or above minimum expectations;
-Adhere to all health and safety standards & requirements, and conduct yourself in a safe
manner;
-Communicate in a professional manner, both in writing and verbally;
-Report to leadership on issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement; o -Perform any other related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

-A results-driven, positive attitude; reliable, and committed to helping others; o Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
-Strong organizational and time-management skills;
-Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks;
-Able to speak and write in English at a professional level; additional languages a plus;
-High school degree or equivalent; (advanced degrees and certifications a plus);
(Experience with forklift, reach-trucks, pallet-jacks and/or current forklift license a plus).

    As an Inside Sales Representative, your day starts by managing your orders while preparing new quotes for your current accounts. You then move on to researching for new leads and working on qualifying them further through the sales funnel. You will be responsible for continuous new business development while maintaining a significant existing database.

    You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager while participating in 1-1 meetings and various team sessions including both internal & external trainings etc. Objectives and performance, based on all the aspects of the role, to be reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis, with bi-annual performance-reviews.

    Your activities & responsibilities

    • Business development within Belgium
    • Building strong relationships & managing accounts
    • Qualification of customer needs and identifying opportunities to implement BE Networks’ solutions

    Requirements
